Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty. Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you out.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
